If you live in either of the Euro-Africa or Trans-European Division territories, please ask your Conference/Union Youth Director for a local Application Form.
If you live elsewhere, please check the International Application form and return it before the registration deadline.
Do not forget your Health Insurance. This is important.

Visa: Poland is in the European Union, and most countries do not need a visa any more. Please check with your local Embassy for Poland. Make sure that your passport is valid at least 6 months longer than August 2004.
